Methods of Shipment - Modalities

Manigi Srl can only accept orders with delivery within the territory of the Italian state.
For international deliveries, the customer may contact info@manigi.com

For each order placed on www.manigi.com, Manigi Srl will issue an invoice for the material shipped.

For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall be authentic.

No changes in the invoice will be possible, after the issuance of the same.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are explicitly highlighted when placing the order.

Payment of the goods by the Customer will be made using the method chosen when placing the order.


The goods travel with packaging made directly from the manufacturer or in properly closed cardboard boxes.

Delivery times of the goods ordered are purely indicative the same may be subject to change due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authority.

Standard delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place at the following times: from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.; from 2.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m., of all days, not holidays, Monday through Friday.

No responsibility can be attributed to Manigi Srl in case of delay in the order processing or delivery of the ordered goods.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the invoice;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or, otherwise, altered;
- that no closing materials other than metal staples have been used.

Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately contested to the courier who makes the delivery, affixing the words "withdrawal with reserve" on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed, within 8 days by registered mail with return receipt to the courier, whose address is explained on the accompanying document.

In the specific case of damaged package write "withdrawal with reserve because the package is damaged".

It is also required to open an anomaly file with Manigi Srl, filling in what is present under the button in the "Order Status" area.
Once signed the document of the courier, the Customer will not be able to oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Although the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within eight days of receipt.

Any hidden damages or anomalies must be reported in writing by registered mail with return receipt to the courier whose address is explicit on the accompanying document.
It is also required to send an e-mail to the address: info@manigi.com.

 

Times

1. Order fulfillment times.

By "order fulfillment time" is meant the time interval from the completion of the order to the delivery of the product to the courier.
All orders, containing products in stock, of which payment confirmation has been received by noon on a business day, are entrusted to the courier as early as the evening of the same day.

2. Delivery time

Orders arriving by 12 noon are processed within the same day. All those received after 12.00 noon leave the next day.

Delivery is within a maximum of 1-2 business days ( in inconvenient areas and islands, the timeframe is generally 48 hours) for purchases with prepayment through PayPal.

Different payment methods such as Advance Transfer can change the delivery time as the order will be put into management only when we receive confirmation of the bank credit.

The delivery date then will be subject to the availability of the item at the time we have received confirmation of payment.

If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible, confirming the availability date or offering an equivalent product as a replacement, or a full refund of the amount paid.
